Q.

Family Immigration

Hello, I married a lady that overstayed her R-2 visa by 7 years.(She was married to the kids father) She has two kids that are not mine. age 20 and 19. I know that I can file 1-130 and 1-485 for her,(and her overstay is forgiven) but I was told she can file for her kids at the same time that I file for her.(all in the same packet) I need to know is that true? And if so How and what forms do I fill out. One of the kids birthday is Febuary. If this can not be done what can we do for the kids?
