Q.

iis it possible

Dear Dr, my daughter was petitioned by me in 2004, the case is 6 years old Im already as a citizen she is an adult long ago, I started the petition to late, but, well, I was todl that the 245-I could grandfather her, becuase , in 1997 her exhusband petitioned her, case was approved he was only resident she left the country to avoid being out her date to say, in the midtime after being 4 years out the usa, her husbadn sent her the papaer for divorce, the process stopped at the time, they were sending her already all, if she wanted to give a name of the lawyer they had if any here to send them the last forms to him to follow . she entered again legaly, is she suported by 245 I,even if the case was revoked?her priority date is feb 2004
