Q.

getting immigration status after aging out of parents case

I came to this country with my mother on a guest visa 17 years ago in 1992. The visa was extended for 6 month. My parents filed an employment based immigration case. it hasnt been approved yet
we had many lawyers. Our case had many mistakes and delays
I was listed as a dependent on my dad's work petition.the work petition has a priority date of dec2nd 1996.
I have turned 21 by the time my dad's lca has been approved.
during all this time I have attended a jhs, highschool , a community college and started my bachelors.
maybe I could file for permanent residence based on how many years I lived in this country?
can I still use cspa?
can I use form 539?
