My LC got approved a couple of month ago with the job title "Software engineer scientist" and now that I want to fill my I140 my employer is using the title "Associate Software scientist". The job duties and job description are the same. Only that it seems like the wrong title was used for my LC. what are the implication here? my current lawyer said that it shouldn't be an issue, but i am very scared my I140 could be denied for that issue? I was thinking about using PP for I140 so that I can get the answer faster, is that recommendable? what are the waiting time if I get an RFE?
