I filed my I130/I485 packet in June 2005. Background checsk completed after 3 years. Two interview One in 2008 and 2nd separate interview in Jan. 2009 done. Now they said the application is on hold because of ADDITIONAL REVIEW and wait for 6 months. I received that letter in April 14th 2009. What is ADDITIONAL REVIEW? I am wondering if they start sending me again letters to wait for another six months as application both are on hold since over 4 years. Our almost 90% answers were same in the 2nd intervew because we live together. Also documents we have was joint bank statement of 2005, 3 years joint tax returns mails and photographs. I dont have any lease because i live with my father in law property with no any rent.
