Q.

entered without inspecito and VD but never left - 245i case

I entered EWI in 1991 and never left since. filed asylum in 2002 and was denied and granted VD about 5 yrs ago or more, but never left. My mother(LPR) filed I130 april 30, 2001 under 245i. Have no criminal issues. Do I have a chance of adjusting my status without leaving US? Any good lawyers you suggest?Thank you
