Q.

VISA

I have LPR, since 12/20/2004, I got married in 12/29/08, I have not applied for I-130 for my spouse, i live in US ,she is in outside the country, Can she apply for F1 visa,, since I-130 is not filed yet. or is there any ways she can join me,
