Q.

Interpreter for I-485 interview

Dear Lawyer,
My Father will need to attend the I-485 interview for his Green Card on 7/14/2009.
Can I(as son and petitioner, and I’m U.S. citizen) come with him to be his English interpreter? Or should I hire the certificated translator? If so, where can I find it?
