I-485 Interview v.s. I-94 will be expired soon
Dear Lawyer,
My Father will need to attend the I-485 interview for his Green Card on 7/14/2009, but his I-94 B1 Visa will be expired soon on 6/30/2009. I heard that is no need to extend his B1 Visa.
My concern is “what if” the interview fails? How can he go back Taiwan for taking care of his business and re-entry US again? Should we extend his I-94 B1 Visa now(and how?)
Could you advise?
