married to a U.S Citizen..
A Friend of mine married a U.S citizen and applied for Green Card. He has his interview scheduled in June 2009. Part of the process is to have an affidavits of support and in his case his wife sent it in originally.
Now:
His wife was laid off and is currently unemployed and searching for a job, is this going to be a problem? Can I write an affidavits of support as a friend in case if it is needed? What needs to be done?
