I-485 RFE AOS for my 80 Years old Father
They are asking for Affidavit for date of birth from close relatives who is elder than the applicant. My Father is 80 years, and he does not have any relatives of that age, who can give affidavits. We have arranged for non-availability certificate. My father already submitted Self Affidavit on Indian Stamp Paper.
Please help us. We are not getting proper advise on this issue.
