My dad filed my application on March 2003. At that time his status was permanent resident. I was filed under section unmarried child 21 or older of permanent resident (2B). On June 2005, I got a notice that my I130 has been approved. However, I need to wait for my visa # to become available.
Question:
1. My dad has become a citizen in 2008, there is any way he can bump up my case from 2B to 1st?
2. I got married in 2007. Will it has any impact on my petition case?
3. Do you have any suggestion what is the best way that I need to do?
