Q.

OVERSTAYED VISA NOW MARRIED

When I was 13 I came to the United States on a nonimmigrant visa. I remained illegally with family members going to school and now working I am 24 years old just got married and want to start the process to become legal. I have filled out form i102 my i94 has been lost, I have filled out form i485, form g325a, formi130, form i765, and form i 864.
Can I be forced to leave the country?
Do I have all required forms?
Should I take these in personally?
How long should this take?
