Q.

i130 Approved, currently under and H4.

My wife is under an H4 right now, I am an H1-B My employment-based gc is on 1st step.
Before getting married, she got her I130 Immigrant petition for relative fiancee or orphan approved.
Priority is low and of course she has been waiting for more than 8 years so we decided to get married.
Is there any adjustment of status or any option available so she can get a work permit?
H4 limitations are frustrating and she can't wait another 10 years for her priority to be current.
My Company's attorney is proccesing my Green Card through PERM but it has been already 6 months and the 1st step (Labor certification) hasn't been approved yet
He mentioned something about being able to adjust her status once I am to step 3 but again we are talking about years of wait.
What are her options?
