Q.

ex wife has a green card can I marry another foriegn national

Im a soldier in the Army currently in Iraq. My current wife is German we been married since May of 2005 but she just recieved her green card this past September, we also have a son who is 5 and I am on the birth certificate. Im in Iraq she feel in love with some one else, when i get back in December I am filing for devorice. If I was wanting to remarry to lets say a Philipene national. After the devorice can I marry her and will she be elgeable for a green card as me being her sponsor.
