My current status is H1 extension PENDING (filed H1 renewal application in last end year and got RFE and then RFE RCVD case is pending as of today).
My husband and I are ready to concurrent file family based I-130/485/I-765/I-131 since my husband just received his citizenship certificate this week. My questions are
1) How to answer the question on part 1 of I-485. What is your current USCIS status? (H1B Pending?)
2) In Part 1, the question following I-94, asks "expires on MM/DATE/YEAR”. Is it refers my I-94 expiration date or my current visa expiration date? If it asks my visa expiration date, how to answer since mine is still pending, no exact date available yet.
