Q.

Filing new I-485/concurrent I-130 while EB I-485 outstanding

On H-1B (till 12/31/09). I-485 pending (filed 07/07) for EB3. I-131 and I-765 till 9/09. Getting married to USC this week, will pursue FB GC. Leaving employer in May (to Uni).
1) Is it ok to file a new FB I-485 (concurrent I-130) while I have an EB I-485 pending? If so, should I give the same A# in the new app?
2) Assuming it is ok to have two I-485 outstanding, once get my receipt for the new I-485 (FB), should I cancel EB I-485 to avoid confusion? Is there a chance of withdrawing first I-485 could mistakenly withdraw new I-485?
3) If not ok, what should I do?
4) If two I-485, how to ensure that the communication for the new I-485 comes to me? Currently company lawyers listed as contact for old I-485, I am afraid if INS has same A#, receipts for new I-485 will go to lawyers.
