Q.

notice of intent to deny

i got a notice of intent to deny i-485 because they dont believe the marriage is bonafide. i dont have any more documents to support.i have 30 days to respond. i received an advance parole valid 1 year. should i use it or will they refuse me to return if my i485 is denied. if i withdraw my i-485 can i still use the advance parole before its denied.
