Green card for mmediate relative of U.S. citizens living in US
We live in san jose, california and have US Citizenship. My Mother-in law is currently visiting US.
My question is regarding documents required and application process for Green card for an immediate relative of US citizen who is currently living in US?
What documents are required? uscis.gov website says the only document required are I-130 and I-485,is this correct or I am missing something?
should we go for concurrent filling?
My mother in law is currently living in Maryland (with her 2nd daughter & Not with us)is this a problem?
Should we apply in California or Maryland?
Can we apply our-self by just filling those two forms and sending checks/money-order or we should get help from lawyer?(I mean is their any complication, are the forms simple,is lawyer required?)
