Q.

Conditional residence and divorce

Hi,I am an conditional resident and I applied in November for my condition to be removed.I was called for fingerprints and after that I have not heard anything from the imigrations.I checked my case status online and it says pending. Now my problem is that my husband is cheating and we probably going to file for divorce. Unfortunately there is no way to prove that he is cheating and he keeps denying it.What is going to happen if we file for divorce now? What if they call us for an interview again and he does not want to come?
