Q.

H1B transfer alongside Family based greencard

I am on my H1B and married to a US citizen.
I will be shifting jobs soon and my new employer wants to transfer/re-file the H1B.
We are also filing for my greencard soon.

Would it be advisable for me to stop one of those actions? My new employer does not want to extend the offer for more than a certain period in which I am not sure the GC processing would be done. What is the advisable course of action in this situation?
