Q.

Adjustment of Status and expired B-2

My wife is from Mexico and has been going back and forth on the B-2 visa since 2005. We met in 2008 and I went few times to visit her. She always left before her I94 expired and was coming back to US saying she was visitng her boyfriend. We had a baby in Apr2010 and even after that she went back to Mex. Her last entry was in Dec2010. She planned to return to Mexico after new year, but considering drug war in Mexico I advised her not to go. We got married in April 2011 and her I-94 expired in June2011 but she never left. She is not working and is pregnant with another child. I am about to become a US Citizen and want to file I130 and I485 for her. I read that it may raise a red flag during interview as an intention to stay in US. What would be the best way to approach it considering facts?
