Q.

GC holder marriage with OPT filed student

Currently I am on Green card from Aug 2008. I am planning to get married to my fiance who has just completed her masters and applied for OPT.
what would be the best option from the below.

A.Should I get married to her and file petition for her GC (If yes, how long is the wait now?)

B. or should I get married to her but do not register it and let her continue on OPT and then apply for H1B and maintain her own status till I get citizenship.
If you answer yes to question A, please explain the procedure to register the marriage in USA and file GC petition for her.

If you answer yes to question B, Would i still be able to add her in my health insurance and tax benifits ? (without registering the marriage)
Also would it be a problem if we have a kid without registering the marriage?
