Q.

Is there a chance to get GC through 2nd marriage on US citizen?

Preface:
1. came to US in 2003 as exchange student visa(no 2yr requirement)
2. withholding of removal granted by judge as a result of political asylum case in 2005, applying and getting work authorization till present.
3.Prior marriage on US citizen in 2007, docs filed, 1st interview went smooth, but wife withdrew her petition in 2010 on the 2nd imm. interview. 2nd interview was initiated by me-writ of mandamus. Per xwife and lawyer(I was not invited to chat with imm. officer) they had info that xwife and me got acquainted through the leader of sham marriage organization.Xwife withdrew her petition. Divorced.
There is a woman now that I am in relationship now, US citizen, offers me marriage, but I'm afraid to get in to new marriage as USCIS may refuse us, is this right? Any ways out?
