Q.

Family based immigration

Hi sir,
We got family based immigration approved to usa which my uncle applied for us in 1982 in year 1999.My uncle applied for father ,mother, me and my brother and my fathers sister family .My fathers sister came here with her family and became USA citizens .We could not come because of my family issue .Now can i use that sir.If yes what documents should i ask my uncle to give me so that i can apply as soon as possible . Currently i am on B1 visa which is valid till may 31 2009 .
