Q.

Options after I-485 denied.

What are my options after I485 denied? I came on J2 visa 2000. Got EAC and started to work in Dec 2000. Husband changed visa to H1 my status become H4, the company decided to file H1 for me and convinced me that it's legal for me to continue to work as they were advised by a lawyer who handled papers. H1b1 approved from 10/29/01-09/01/04. Husband applied for I-140 Sep 2002 got approved June 2003. Filed I-485/I-765/I-131 Sep 2003. 3 times I traveled abroad on advance parole. In 2006 got RFE to submit proof of employment authorization for 2001 and learned that I had unauthorized employment for more then 180 days.Despite a letter from company about their advice got denial on I-485 in Jan 2008. Filed I-290B/I-601 in Mar 2008. Reopened I-485 Mar 2008. Denied I-485/I-601 end of Jan 2009.
