My father died in year 2009 and now I am filing the I130 and I485 for my mother. I can see that in the form there is a selection to indicate whether she is married/widowed. So I selected widowed.

However in both form it asks information about current husband and prior husbands. Do I fill my father's information in current or prior husband section?

Assuming the answer is prior husband, what should I enter in date marriage ended. Is it the day my father passed away?

Also in form I864 I will enter my salary details and my total household income. Since my salary is below required limit does my husband need to submit a form I864 as well or just mentioning his salary is fine?
