I applied for my parents I-130 in February 2011 indicating consular processing.
I received RFE for delayed registration of Birth in July 2011. I shall be responding to RFE in few weeks.

Now my parents have to visit me for 2 months in second week of August(plz note that there I-130 is currently in process)

My question are following:
1. If their I-130 gets approved, during there US visit on visitor Visa, can I file AOS ?
2. Is it OK for them to visit US in first place, if I-130 is in process?
