Q.

Applied 485 to my mom got RFE-2nd evidence of my birth

Submitted birth certificate, but it was registered after 23 yrs from the date of my birth. So they sent an RFE saying it's
".DELAYED REGISTRATION: It appears that your birth certificate was a delayed registration. Submit secondary evidence... Examples of secondary evidence include... documents such as medical or school records, that show the child's parent names and the childs date of birth, and any correspondence between the petitioner/ beneficiary and parents etc"
I do not have any records which shows my DOB, along with my mom's name except the Indian passport issued in 1999.
Will submitting affidavits from my maternal uncle and grandmother, as well as affidavits from the gynecologist who did the delivery when I was born is good enough? Pls advise what is the best thing to do?
