My wife and I, both naturalized US citizens applied for immigrant visa for my wife's parents from Pakistan, some 2-3 years ago. The application was approved and we were supposed to file some final form with fees, etc. At that point the parents decided that they don't want to move so we dropped the application. Is it possible to restart the application or do we need to start the process all over again? Either case what will be the estimated time frame and attorney fee estimates to complete the process and get the visa/green card?
