I130 filing for Parents
I am planning to file I-130 an I-485 for my mother. She travelled to US last week of a visitor visa. My question is
1) Is it safe to file her green card while she is in US as the I-130 form allows to do so and has fields to enter the I-94 information while in US and do concurrent filing. Is there any risk?
2) Since she arrived last week only, is there any period of time we should wait before filing I-130 and 485 or can we do it immediately? Is there any risk in doing immediate filing?
