Non availability of Birth Certificate for Parent's Green Card
I am going to file green card for my mother soon. She was born in 1950's before the birth act (1969) came into effect in India.
We have already got a non availability of records certificate issues from the state government of state where she was born. The state government tells that, that is what they can issue for anyone born before 1969.
Would that be a problem. How can we use the non availability of records certificate while filing the green card.
