Q.

two mother's name for me and my sister and filing I-130(F-4)

My name is HINA came on H1B in 2000 USA & have approved I-140.My sister RITA just got US citizenship based on RN GC. My sister wants to file I-130 (F4) for me as a F4 Category. My parents in USA based on petitioned filed by their parents & hold GC since 2007. I have my mother’s name written in my birth certi is JAYABEN and my mom came in USA on named under RAMABEN. My sister RITA (US CITIZEN) has also my mother’s name RAMABEN in birth certif. and passport. I read the rules that for (F4) in I-130 application that I should have common named parent’s .My mom have two names RAMABEN and JAYABEN. My mom does not hold any doc. that can legally prove that she holds both names. How can I support my I-130 form showing that both RAMABEN and JAYABEN is the same common one person (MOM).?
