To open immigration file after Petitioner died
Dear Madam,
My Mother in law who was citizen of USA file petition for my wife for USA in 1996 and as umarried under 21.
Mother in law passed away in October 1999 in USA.
My questions are:
(1) Can this file be processed/reopened further or not under new law under current administration.
(2) If yes, then old priority date or same info or not and how long it can take to process if it can be reopened/processed.
