Family based GC application for an H1b

I'm currently on a consulting company's h1b visa(renewed on sept 2010 for 3yrs but not stamped in my passport) working at a third party client site through a preferred vendor of the client. I avoided my travels to india due to the recent issues with Employee-Employer relationship. My fiancee is here currently on Greencard and applied for Citizenship in Feb and we plan to arrange our marriage ceremony in india this July.
I want to know,
1. if we do a court marriage here to adjust my status and to get an AP for travel, what steps needs to be taken?
2. Is it best to apply after fiancee gets the Citizenship to get AP by June/July 2011?
3. what are the processing times in each step in both cases(fiancee in GC/Citizen).
4. Is it true that we need to have common address and bank account?
