Q.

Family based Visa RFE

I have relatives who are immigrating on a family F4 visa.

They went for interview in Guangzhou, China in Nov 2008 and was given an RFE to submit an affidavit by the financial sponsor on why he is willing to be a sponsor and a photo.

The Affidavit was sent back within 2 weeks and we have not heard anything.

Is this wait time normal?
