Incorrect birth date on I-130
I am a derivative beneficiary of a family-based (fourth preference) immigration petition. We got approved three months back, and paid the fees to NVC last month. I just realized that my birth date is off by a day on the I-130 filed by the petitioner. I wanted to check what I should do now (we are at the stage where we have already submitted the Affidavit of Support and expect an interview within a couple of months) to ensure there are no problems moving on.
