new I-130 after revocation
My mother came to U.S. as immigrant 10 years ago; I was under 21 years (one month before turning to 21). I entered into U.S. one year earlier than my mother as EWI. my mother had to file I-130 for me after I was 21, which was approved in 2005. But, I married in 2003. Then, in 2009, I filed I-485, which was denied in 2010. My I-130 was revoked. I was asked to see an immigration judge. In 2010, I divorced. Can I now retain my old priority date when my mother files a new I-130? Or Can I file a motion to reinstate my I-130?
