Can earlier issued B1/B2 visa be used after I-130 filing?
While answering an earlier question, you opined "while the I-130(s) are pending or approved, the beneficiary may apply for a B-1/2, L-1, or H -1 visa, but the chances of getting a B-1 may go down significantly, since a B-1 requires temporary intent."
My daughter (the beneficiary of I-130)was granted a multiple entry R B1/B2 visa valid till 7Nov2016 on which she was in US for a couple of months in 2007.
She then moved to another company which sponsored her for an L1 visa in 2008. She was in US for an year in 2008/09. Now she does not work for any of those companies.
Is the B1 visa still valid as an L1 was issued subsequently in 2008? After I file I-130 petition and before it is approved, can she use the B1 visa (before 2016) and visit USA?
