I am currently on EAD. But Im EB2 ROW and expect my 485 to be approved in coming weeks. I want to get married before the 485 approval.

1. I am from Pakistan. There it is legal to get married over the phone. Would USCIS recognise such a marriage? hoping to get married over the phone before 485 approved and once i get greencard i can physically go to pakistan and get married in person.

2. Once my 485 is approved and I'm married before the 485 approval, how can my wife join me? I heard its a follow-to-join process. How long does that process usually take? (from the time I file the petition to the time my wife enters USA.)
