EB2 processing based on spouse's country of birth
Hi,
I am an indian national on H1B. My employer will be starting by EB2 green card processing shortly.
I understand there are per country limits for each country and wait period for people of indian origin is more than 5 years.
My wife is born in Zambia and an Indian national. She is on dependent H4 visa.
Can my spouse's country of birth help in faster green card processing?
