Q.

Amending previously filed I-751 with a new waiver

Filed I-751 with Harrasment & Abuse waiver on 17Nov08, got R.F.E asking for divorce judgment & goodfaith Docs to be submitted till 12Mar09.Divorce final on 24feb09(Divorce due to irreconciable differences). Should I withdraw original I-751& file New one with Divorce waiver on 24Feb09 or can the original I-751 be ammended for the divorce waiver.Will they call me for interview after R.F.E.If withdrawl then what is the procedure for withdrawl of I-751.
