I am a US citizen and would like to apply for my parents' GC. In my passport my parents' last name is spelled 'Kolli' (incorrect) and in my parents' own passports their last name is spelled 'Kollu'(correct). Will this be a problem while applying for their GC. If so what can be done to remedy this situation?

My parents currently have a mutiple entry B2 visa that is expiring in 2012. They intend to go for a visa renewal in India at the end of this year. If when they go for their B2 renewal, if their GC application is under processing/pending, will that create any isssues for their B2 renewal?
