Im on an HIB, my mom a US citizen filed for I130.
Im a filipino on an H1B visa, working as an occupational therapist here in the US. My mom is a US citizen and filed I130 for me.
My question is, when the I130 gets approved, will this mean I am already a green card holder? Furthermore when the I130 gets approved, what is the next step?
Please give me advice. I have refused my employer to file me an EB3 visa hoping my I130 gets approved on time before my seven years on H1B will expire. Thank you so much, will highly appreciate your advice.
