spouse sponsored 485, no news after 4mos
Hi,
I, US citizen, sponsored my husband's I-485 (receipt date Sept 16'08). Asked to submit more proof on birth certificate mid October, we did so. How do we find out about the case? Online and phone hotline status said "You will received further notice in 60 says", and wish to talk with real person is impossible.
On the other hand, he's received EAD and AP through his employer and 485 has been pending for God knows too long.
Any ideas? We've been diligently sorting through our mails.
