Q.

Expedite AP?

Hi -
I received a RFE regarding my marriage based 485 - asking for a joint sponsor, which is not available to me (my mother in law does not want to do it. Lucky me). I am thinking about taking a job so my income alone would suffice. But in order to take the job I need do consular processing for my H1 REAL SOON (since the employer's deadline for me to take the job is January). My AP was received by USCIS on 11/09 so my question is, is there any way, like I can go to local office, to expedite the AP processing? Do you think it is a sound reason to ask for expedited AP since w/o the job I cannot meet the income requirement?
Thanks.
