Family based GC
I got Employment based GC on Oct.04 2010.
My husband is been in USA since 2001, came with B2 and overstayed.Can I apply for my husband's GC now as a permanent resident or should I wait 5 year to become I citizen.
We have been married since Sep.2008. he works here with his SS# pays taxes for the passed 9 years.
How that process goes?
Can we apply conncurent I130 and I485 or first I130 and when that gets approved for I485
