Applying for a Green Card based on 10 year stay
Hello. I have been in the US since August 2001. I also grew up in the US from 1989 to 1993. I was informed by another lawyer that by August 2011, I should be able to apply to become a US Permanent Resident based on being in the US for 10 years. What application basis would this be considered as? Does it have to be 10 consecutive years, or 10 total years? What is the best way to apply? Thank you.
