Q.

I-130 then I-129F for a K3 Visa for my European spouse

I am a US resident who was legally married in Spain to a Spanish citizen. She is here now on a B2 Tourist Visa. We filed a I-130 w/Vermont Service centerin Sep 2010, which was approved and I-797C NOA received, we then filed a I-129F, direct file to the Dallas address listed to obtain a K3 Visa through the consulate in Madrid. Was that a mistake? Should I have just gone the I-485 Adjustment of Status route because she is here! Or start filing a CR1..??? Confused with the when the K3 program is no longer..USCIS website still says to go this route. Please help, thank you.
