Q.

kazakh cr-1

I'm a US citizen and plan to marry a kazakh citizen in kazakhstan then start a cr-1 visa. How can she not have to wait in kazakhstan. I heard that a cr1 will take 6 months and cost a little over $1000. Is this true and is there a better route for us to take?
